I don't like what I've received, what can I do?
That's no problem, just return it to us in it's original packaging and we will refund the item on receipt, it's as simple as that.
I've received my item, but it seems to have been damaged in the post, what can I do?
That's no problem, return the item and we will give you a full refund, including the postage.
I know what I want from a previous Pilgrim collection, but cannot see it on the site anywhere, can you help?

My purchase still hasn't arrived, what can I do?
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 days, at only that point will the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost.
I would prefer to pay over the phone, is this possible?
Of course, just ring any of our stores and they have the facility to take your payment and details.
I would like my purchase sent to a different address, is this possible?
You can change the delivery address when you go through to the payments section.
