- I don't like what I've received, what can I do?
- That's no problem, just return it to us in it's original packaging and we will refund the item on receipt, it's as simple as that.
- I've received my item, but it seems to have been damaged in the post, what can I do?
- That's no problem, return the item and we will give you a full refund, including the postage.
- I know what I want from a previous Pilgrim collection, but cannot see it on the site anywhere, can you help?
- You may be able to find it on our sister site www.insideouthome.co.uk.
- My purchase still hasn't arrived, what can I do?
- In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 days, at only that point will the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost.
- I would prefer to pay over the phone, is this possible?
- Of course, just ring any of our stores and they have the facility to take your payment and details.
- I would like my purchase sent to a different address, is this possible?
- You can change the delivery address when you go through to the payments section.
