Delivery Policy
All UK and N Ireland items are sent via Royal Mail FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY unless specified. This means that you should receive your goods within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch confirmation. We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day you order, however orders received after 4pm may be sent out on the following working day. FREE UK Delivery is available on all jewellery orders over £30 and any other order over £75.

Certain products have longer dispatch times. When dispatch times vary to our standard terms, estimated dispatch timescales are shown within the products description.
We offer a number of overseas services although Standard Airmail is limited to EU regions.
Expected Delivery Times:
- Western Europe - 3 days after dispatch confirmation receipt
- Eastern Europe - 4 days after dispatch confirmation receipt
- Rest of the World - 5 days after dispatch confirmation receipt
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We will issue you with a Tracking Number for all UK and N Ireland item/s sent on your Dispatch Confirmation. You can use the Royal Mail Track and Trace facility HERE to check on the progress of your goods.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and N Ireland and 21 working days from the due date of delivery for Europe and the Rest of the World - at only that point can the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver and may subsequently reclaim loss.
Please Note: we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Industrial Action within the Royal Mail Service.
Returns Policy
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue full refund* or exchange the product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be notified in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your product to our returns address and sent back using the label on your invoice within a period of 14 days from receipt. Returns should be made in their original undamaged packaging and we suggest you obtain receipt for your posting and send via a trackable service as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
We are unable to accept the return of earrings or hair products due to current Health and Hygiene regulations.
Made to order or personalised products are exempt from our returns/refund policy.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty items are fully exchangeable. You should retain proof of posting and inform us of the cost of return to our returns address (if it is not already shown on the return packaging) and we will arrange refund to your card. Gottohaveit does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will exchange the item upon receipt. If exchange is not possible a full refund will be issued.
* Full refund includes your original postage costs if applicable, but does not include the cost of return. The cost of return is only refundable in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty items. In the event that the returned item invalidates any original offer, any subsequent refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Please allow 5-7 days following confirmation for refunds to appear back on your card. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights.
