Returns Policy

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase.  However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund* or exchange the product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging.

We are unable to accept the return of earrings or hair products due to current Health and Hygiene regulations.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items are fully exchangeable.  You should retain proof of posting and inform us of the cost of return at esales@gottohaveit.co.uk (if it is not already shown on the return packaging) and we will arrange refund to your card.  Gottohaveit does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  We will exchange the item upon receipt.  If exchange is not possible a full refund will be issued.

*in the event that the item is unsuitable the delivery charge is non-refundable.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights.
