The gottohaveit web site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using www.gottohaveit.co.uk you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We retain the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time; you should review our terms and conditions on a regular basis. If you do not wish to accept our terms and conditions you should not continue to use this website.
Delivery Policy
UK First Class Recorded Delivery is £1.95 and Special Delivery Next Day starts at £4.30.
All items are sent via Royal Mail FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY* unless specified. This means that you should receive your item/s within 1/2 days of dispatch confirmation. All items of Pilgrim Jewellery will receive FREE gift packaging.
We will issue you with a Tracking Number for any item/s sent on your Dispatch Confirmation. Using the Track and Trace facility online at www.royalmail.com or at your local Post Office you can then check on the progress of your goods.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 days - at only that point can the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost.
* Items ordered outside of the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland will be sent using Standard Airmail which usually takes 2-5 days for delivery.
